the only way to manage this is to be present in the present moment and welcome each experience as they come to you...

to be able to manage to be present in the present moment ,one should reach the real I ...

the real I is the only one that can call you to the present moment while the false I is lost in the noise of the mind...

the biggest present that the present moment can offer you is the present moment itself...

picture in your mind a huge computer and millions of small computers that are connected to this main, big computer...

every operation that are performed by these small computers are known and recorded by the main one...

these small computers are also connected to one another...though some of them may not be aware of this fact and thus may not act in accordance with the others...but the others may compensate this default by either working harder or helping others to operate better...

when all these small computers work harmoniously, ..................................................
