Stop focusing on what you don't have,

and shift your consciousness to an appreciation for all you are and all that you do have. 

Just like a sunbeam can't separate itself from the sun,

and a wave can't separate itself from the ocean, we can't separate ourselves from one another. We are all part of a vast sea of love, one indivisible divine mind. 

Health, wealth, beauty, and genius are not created;

they are only manifested by the arrangement of your mind -- that is, by your concept of yourself, and your concept of yourself is all that you accept and consent to as true. 

Be like melting snow

wash yourself of yourself.

We betray our true self when we do not follow our hearts desire;

for what the heart is attracted to is your destiny.

Be like the fountain that overflows,

not like the cistern that merely contains.

Pausing is a good thing.

Everything has to stop at some time in order to keep going. To stop, to rest, or to pause means to do nothing. It means no thinking! No moving! No decisions! What a blessing it is to have the ability to stop and gain strength before moving forward.

The universe has no restrictions.

You place restrictions on the universe with your expectations. 

We live in a Universe which is both vast enough to contain us,

and small enough to hold in our hearts.

When man looks for

When man looks for experience, he becomes the body.

When he looks for knowledge, he becomes the mind.

When he looks for God, he becomes the Heart.

When he looks for Truth, he becomes nothing.

Take all the time you need to heal emotionally.

Moving on doesn’t take a day; it takes lots of little steps to be able to break free of your broken self.

Love is something you and I must have.

We must have it because our spirit feeds upon it. We must have it because without it we become weak and faint. Without love our self-esteem weakens. Without it our courage fails. Without love we can no longer look confidently at the world. We turn inward and begin to feed upon our own personalities, and little by little we destroy ourselves. With it we are creative. With it we march tirelessly. With it, and with it alone, we are able to sacrifice for others.
